The Basis of our faith is simply this: There is no other Emet (truth), and no other derech (path) to Shamayim (Heaven), except HaEmet (THE truth) found in John Chapter 3. English translation: There is only one truth, and that truth is that Jesus is the only way into Heaven as we find throughout the Bible, but particularly in John Chapter 3.
John 3:16-18 (KJV) For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
All that is necessary to receive salvation is to believe this truth with all of your heart and confess it with your mouth, asking Yeshua (Jesus) to come into your life and be your PERSONAL (you have an intimate, personal relationship with Him) Lord and Savior! He WILL guide you, comfort you, teach you, and strengthen you. What do you have to lose by trusting in Him, except for an eternity of suffering, wailing and gnashing of teeth, and bondage to sin and misery – never being able to attain true happiness or fulfillment in this life? Would you really rather have that kind of horrible fate, or an eternity of joy and happiness, where there will be no pain or suffering or death – forever living in YHVH’s (God’s) Physical presence? The answer should be, “I have NOTHING to lose, but EVERYTHING to gain!”
